Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Processing of Financial & Non-Financial transactions through internal systems as
  • per regulatory and client requirement
  • Identify and resolve problems within the defined procedures.
  • Complete archiving of investor and client documentation ensuring a full audit
  • trail exists for subsequent retrieval
  • Expected to work on initiatives/Ad-hoc requirements as per business needs.
  • Should be able to work independently but also need to be a good team player.
  • Should be able to identify process gaps & need to work as a trouble shoot.
  • Ability to support, guide & train other team members.
  • Should have the ability to understand & handle complex queries
  • Strong domain knowledge is essential & understanding of TA business .es
  • Well versed with preparation and review of SOPs/Process flow charts
  • Able to identify & implement various process control
