Key duties and responsibilities:
- Processing of Financial & Non-Financial transactions through internal systems as
- per regulatory and client requirement
- Identify and resolve problems within the defined procedures.
- Complete archiving of investor and client documentation ensuring a full audit
- trail exists for subsequent retrieval
- Expected to work on initiatives/Ad-hoc requirements as per business needs.
- Should be able to work independently but also need to be a good team player.
- Should be able to identify process gaps & need to work as a trouble shoot.
- Ability to support, guide & train other team members.
- Should have the ability to understand & handle complex queries
- Strong domain knowledge is essential & understanding of TA business .es
- Well versed with preparation and review of SOPs/Process flow charts
- Able to identify & implement various process control
