Key duties and responsibilities

  • Processing of Financial & Non-Financial transactions through internal systems as per regulatory and client requirements
  • Identify and resolve problems within the defined procedures
  • Complete archiving of investor and client documentation ensuring a full audit trail exists for subsequent retrieval
  • Expected to work on initiatives/Ad-hoc requirements as per business needs
  • Should be able to work independently but also need to be a good team player
  • Should be able to identify process gaps & need to work as a troubleshooter
  • Ability to support, guide & train other team members
  • Should have the ability to understand & handle complex queries
  • Strong domain knowledge is essential & understanding of TA business
  • Well versed with preparation and review of SOPs/Process flow charts
