Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process financial and non-financial transactions through internal systems as per regulatory and client requirements
  • Identify and resolve problems within defined procedures
  • Complete archiving of investor and client documentation ensuring a full audit trail
  • Work on initiatives and ad-hoc requirements as per business needs
  • Work independently and collaboratively as a team player
  • Identify process gaps and troubleshoot issues
  • Support, guide, and train other team members
  • Understand and handle complex queries
  • Possess strong domain knowledge and understanding of Transfer Agency (TA) business
  • Prepare and review SOPs and process flow charts
  • Identify and implement process controls
