Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Process financial and non-financial transactions through internal systems as per regulatory and client requirements
- Identify and resolve problems within defined procedures
- Complete archiving of investor and client documentation ensuring a full audit trail
- Work on initiatives and ad-hoc requirements as per business needs
- Work independently and collaboratively as a team player
- Identify process gaps and troubleshoot issues
- Support, guide, and train other team members
- Understand and handle complex queries
- Possess strong domain knowledge and understanding of Transfer Agency (TA) business
- Prepare and review SOPs and process flow charts
- Identify and implement process controls
