About the Legal Shared Services Team (‘LSST’)

The Legal Shared Services Team (‘LSST’) is the multi-disciplinary legal team supporting all lines of business including Commercial Banking, Consumer and Community Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking and Asset and Wealth Management across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific (‘Global Legal Teams’). The Team works on high-volume, contract and document work, legal analysis, and legal process optimization, with opportunities to contribute to automation and AI enablement —working closely with onshore Practice Group attorneys and stakeholders, along with specialized corporate secretarial services to the Office of the Secretary (OTS) practice group. You must have strong legal analytical and collaborative skills, be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team and be a true self-starter.
