o Oversee legal cases and litigious matters, providing updates to management.
o Procure case files, prepare briefs, and liaise with courts & external legal counsels.
o Represent the company before government authorities, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies.
o Provide legal support on Intellectual Property, contracts, and agreements.
o Draft/respond to legal notices, complaints, and other legal documents.
o Maintain records and trackers for litigation and IP matters.
Minimum Requirements:
L.L.B. with minimum 2 years' experience.
Experience in litigation management, court appearances, and contract drafting.
