About the Role
The Assistant Manager, Legal (to be designated to Associate Legal Counsel) is responsible for managing in-house legal and contract matters that safeguard DKSH's commercial interests across Malaysia. This role is central to enabling sound business operations by delivering expert legal counsel, driving compliance, and strengthening governance frameworks across the organization.
What You Will Deliver
- Manage and resolve commercial contract matters, including Information Technology (IT) and software contracts, ensuring full compliance with company policies, governance frameworks, and codes of business conduct and ethics
