In this role, you'll assist in designing, coordinating, and executing L&D programs that drive continual growth, skill advancement, and business impact across technical teams. Learning Needs Analysis:
Engage with HR partners to understand team-specific training requirements.
Proactively hold communication with
Engineering Managers
on FY planning.
Conduct regular industry benchmarking and research of new trends and essential skill requirements.
With guidance, develop quarterly learning plans.
