Associate - Learning & Development (Process Trainer)

Role Overview - We are looking for a dedicated Learning Business Partner (LBP) to support our Business Engineering & Solutions team. In this role, you will be instrumental in onboarding new talent and ensuring our Tech Support engineers are equipped with the necessary skills through structured boot camps and practice exercises. You will act as a bridge between leadership and the L&D function to drive a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. You will be working with functions like - Technical support, Integrations (Solution Engineering), Success Rate Monitoring and Technical Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• New Hire Training: Create and lead the First 30 Days plan. You will help new Tech Support engineers get ready for work through boot camps and practice exercises.
