Key Responsibilities

Administration:

• Manage roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic forms, and validation rules.
• Design and implement automation using low code solutions such as Flow.
• Configure changes to support maintenance, security updates, and fixes.
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits, using tools such as data loader and deduplication tools.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.

Development:

• Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for development and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
