Production Support & Troubleshooting: Aalyze, and resolve day-to-day technical incidents within defined SLAs. Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and perform fit-gap analyses. System Customisation: Implement UI and rule validations using Form Personalization to enhance standard user screens without touching core code. System Design & Development: Customize and develop RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) components using SQL, PL/SQL, and OAF.
