Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Representing clients on family law issues, including Divorce and Separation, Child Custody and Parenting, Spousal and Child Support, Property Division, Adult Interdependent Relationships, Guardianship, Alternative Dispute Resolution

• Providing Independent Legal Advice and working with clients on flat rate agreements such as prenups, wills, cohabitation agreements or postnuptial agreements
