Role Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure
- Implement and troubleshoot SDWAN, VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless setups
- Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams during migration and integration
- Follow ITIL practices and maintain documentation for service delivery
Key Deliverables:
- Ensure 24x7 availability of User Zones and Application Availability Groups
- Design and deploy secure, scalable network solutions
- Manage network monitoring and incident response via ServiceNow
- Document and transition completed infrastructure to regional teams
