Your Tasks

  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, especially in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
  • Train employees on the use of hardware and software systems
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems

    • Your Profile

  • IT-focused education or at least two years of experience in the field
  • Proficiency in administering Microsoft cloud only
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Europe-based timezone
