Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Monitor daily adverse event data processing across safety platforms and resolve stuck file issues
  • Develop and execute test plans, regression testing, and automated scripts for GxP systems
  • Maintain documentation for recurring data issues, preventive actions, and resolution metrics
  • Create dashboards and reports to track data transmission performance and KCI adherence

Role Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and reconcile system integration and data transfer delays
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve root causes and improve data workflows
  • Validate updates, patches, and deployments ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 11
  • Support cross-functional teams during evening/late shifts to meet business continuity
