The position demands collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), clinicians, and academic stakeholders to transform complex medical content into structured, learner-centric programs aligned with measurable learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1) Instructional Design & Learning Architecture
- Design learner-centric instructional strategies for online, blended, and instructor-led programs.
- Translate SME inputs into structured learning journeys, including learning objectives, storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive activities.
