Job Description
- Carry out complete assembly of Nuclear & other Pump components in shop.
- Carry out pump assembly activity in following steps.
- Rotor Assembly & Balancing
- Assembly measurements and calculations.
- Final pump assembly with all necessary connections and attachments.
- Assist to QM Engineer in pump testing/stage and final inspection.
- Assist for inspection and strip down test.
- Maintain 5 `S` on shop floor/workplace & implement KAIZEN
- Follow & maintain NUCLEAR SAFETY CULTURE at workplace/shop floor.
- Set up and arrangement for helium leak test.
- Carry out hydro test of various parts.
- Maintain records and reports as required.
- Pump installation and commissioning at Site.
- Handling of heavy/critical jobs using crane.
- Work practices to be followed accordingly ISO9001,19443, ISO45001
- Working Knowledge of SAP-PP module related to Assembly.
