Qualification: Bachelor in CS/IT or related field
Experience: 1-3 years IT support / systems administration experience

Core Experience:
Solid hands-on experience with Windows Server and core associated technologies (ADDS, DNS, DHCP).
Skilled with firewalls, switches, access points; hardware troubleshooting for peripherals & servers
Basic experience with Microsoft 365 & virtualization platforms
Proficient in RMM tools: ConnectWise, Kaseya, N-able
Solid English communication for client interaction & documentation
Bonus Points:
Prior experience working in a multi-client or healthcare support environment.
Experience with RMM and PSA tools such as ConnectWise, Datto, or N-able.
Certifications such as CompTIA (Network+, Security+) or Microsoft Fundamentals (AZ-900, MS-900).
Salary: 120k - 180k ( Depends on skills & Experience )
Timings: 6pm - 3am PST ( Full time, onsite job )
