Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Draft immigrant and non-immigrant petitions like (H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, PERM, I-140, AOS etc.)
  • Meticulously review questionnaire and documents submitted by foreign nationals & follow-up via email/portal for the necessary information
  • Perform thorough quality check as per the guidelines defined for each visa category
  • Discuss case strategies with the clients depending upon the immigration scenario and seek guidance
  • Determination of visa type based on the documents provided
  • Update and upload necessary documents in the immigration portal
  • Gain efficiencies by identifying opportunities and implementing best practices
  • Adhering to Infosec policies
