Role description
- Has at least 2 years of related working experience in facility management and willing to take more responsibilities
- Analytical skills: Able to look at a lot of different information and make decisions based on needs and budget concerns
- Communication skills: Able to speak with the employees, and work with the management to make sure the job gets done. Able to clearly explain what needs to be done will be necessary
- Attention to detail: Quality control. Ensure cleaning, upkeep and safety standards are maintained, or efficiencies are discovered.
- Leadership skills: Able to motivate and coordinate employees, as well as deal with any disciplinary issues that may come up.
- Must have experience in Admin/Facility Management, Asset Management, Corporate Services.
- Familiarity with facilities management practices and relevant regulations
