Job Overview:

The HRSS Associate plays a key role in providing operational support within the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) department. This position involves handling HR transactions, employee inquiries, HR system administration, and the delivery of HR services to internal Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global HR Transaction Management:
  • Process employee data changes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Ensure that HR systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage and resolve employee queries.
  • Maintain HR documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Support:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Assist employees with issues related to leave of absence, benefits, and HR system access.
