This role sits at the heart of employee experience — supporting hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance, and HR operations while partnering with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and business leaders.

What You'll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition & Hiring Support

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and JD finalization
  • Coordinate final interview stages and 2-day trial logistics (laptops, POCs, feedback)
  • Support onboarding communications, welcome banners, and new joiner announcements

Employee Onboarding & Induction

  • Coordinate with IT and Admin for workstation setup and system acces...
