Program Overview

The Associate Housing Manager provides operational leadership, people management, and program oversight across assigned housing programs within YWCA Halifax. This role bridges strategic direction and day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high‑quality, trauma‑informed, participant‑centered housing services that align with YWCA Halifax’s mission, values, EDIRA commitments, and funding obligations. The Associate Housing Manager is responsible for staff supervision, risk management, program performance, policy implementation, and cross‑departmental coordination.
