Associate - Graphic Design

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist senior designers in creating and editing marketing materials such as social media graphics, website banners, email templates, print collateral, and other visual assets.
• Crop and retouch images to ensure they are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines
• Perform colour correction and adjustments to maintain consistency across various design materials
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure that all design work adheres to established branding standards
• Collaborate with senior designers and managers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design assets
• Take regular feedback from managers and incorporate changes into designs in a timely manner
• Assist with adaptations of existing design materials for different platforms, formats, and sizes
