Associate - Global TA

The Specialist Recruiter, Global Talent Acquisition job performs a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified employees to effectively meet the organization's staffing requirements. Under general supervision, this job is responsible for promoting the organization's image as a desirable place to work and attracting and recommending placement of internal and external candidates for entry-level and experienced positions.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

+ Refers applicants for particular job openings, administers pre-employment tests, checks references, and conducts exit interviews.
+ Determines best avenue in recruiting (e.g., advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, employment agencies, and job fairs).
