Job Responsibilities – AGM / DGM – Production

Strategic Production Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations to consistently achieve business objectives related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Productivity, and People Development.
  • Provide strategic direction for production planning, resource utilization, and operational excellence while ensuring uninterrupted plant operations.
  • Act as a key member of the site leadership team, supporting the Site Head in achieving organizational and operational goals.
