About Position:
The ERM Analyst will support risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across the organization. The role will also drive research on emerging risks and best practices, while maintaining risk documentation, tools, and stakeholder support for risk updates. The incumbent will contribute to strengthening enterprise-wide risk culture through data-driven insights and communication.

A. Enterprise Risk Management (Core)
Support the identification and assessment of risks impacting business growth, operations, finances, and reputation.
Assist with risk reporting by preparing dashboards, presentations, and risk summaries for senior leadership/stakeholders.
Track and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and help maintain ongoing visibility of risk exposure.
