Job Summary

1. Provides pro-active support to the Facilities Manager

  • To ensure that all site facilities, furniture & fixtures are well maintained and in good working order
  • Any other activity/function deemed necessary by immediate superior
  • Liaise with cleaning staff to ensure site facilities are maintained to an excellent standard
  • Regular monitoring and collecting of data for UPS, Gen Sets, HVAC, Furniture, CR’s.
  • Oversees key issuance for rooms, cabinets, doors, pedestals.
  • Oversees the issuance of ID’s to employees and ID related matters
  • 2. Assist in monitoring internal/external facilities programs/projects

  • Assist facilities officer in monitoring any internal facilities projects/programs
  • Monitor in-house repair work
  • Assist Facilities Manager in monitoring external construction/repair projects
