Job Summary
1. Provides pro-active support to the Facilities Manager
To ensure that all site facilities, furniture & fixtures are well maintained and in good working order Any other activity/function deemed necessary by immediate superior Liaise with cleaning staff to ensure site facilities are maintained to an excellent standard Regular monitoring and collecting of data for UPS, Gen Sets, HVAC, Furniture, CR’s. Oversees key issuance for rooms, cabinets, doors, pedestals. Oversees the issuance of ID’s to employees and ID related matters 2. Assist in monitoring internal/external facilities programs/projects
