Associate Expense Operations 

PURPOSE

The Associates in Expense Operations will be responsible for processing expense reports in the SAP CONCUR or APPZEN system within Bayer, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and providing support for expense-related inquiries.

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Expense Report Processing

  • Receive, review, and process employee expense reports (basic to average countries) in the Concur system or in Appzen.

  • Verify expenses for compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Ensure accurate coding and allocation of expenses to appropriate cost centers.

    • Expense Policy Compliance

  • Stay up to date with company expense policies and guidelines.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on policy compliance.

  • Identify and report any potential policy violations.
