Associate Estimator

At TESC, our Estimating team plays a critical role in delivering accurate, competitive, and well‑structured bids that set our projects up for success. We are currently seeking an Associate Estimator to support bid development and build foundational estimating experience across industrial construction projects.

What You’ll Do

• Complete quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Gather pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment
• Support the development of detailed estimates for tender submissions
• Maintain and update cost databases and historical data
• Participate in pre‑tender meetings and bid reviews
• Assist in preparing final estimate summaries and submission packages
• Collaborate with estimators, project teams, and support departments to ensure accuracy
