Our client, a leading Canadian wealth management organization is looking for an Associate Equity Capital Markets to join them on a 12 month contract. The role will be working hybrid at their offices in downtown Toronto.

Manage non-brokered private placements, including subscription review, submission, communication, ticketing, and settlement Support brokered financings by coordinating with dealers, tracking orders, and helping complete transactions Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate transaction records, documentation, and pipeline tracking Perform daily inventory management and reconciliations in Dataphile and NIAD Assist with transaction execution and other team priorities as needed Requirements
