Associate - Entrepreneur Experience (Exec Level)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate – Entrepreneur Experience role based in Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the end-to-end experience of entrepreneurs in the Endeavor Malaysia network, including onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing program engagement.
• Coordinate meetings and events, prepare entrepreneur profiles and briefing materials, and support selection processes and advisory boards.
• Conduct market and company research, track portfolio performance, and identify relevant resources, mentors, and opportunities for entrepreneurs.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality programs, ensure consistent communication, and maintain accurate data and documentation.
