Information
- $2500 to $3200 Basic + Bonus + Shift Allowance
- 12hrs Shift (4 or 3 days per week/ 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am including rotating weekends)
- Network Operation Center Environment
- Training Provided
Responsibilities
- Attend to escalations from internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend to 24/7 NOC phone line and emails.
- Perform network monitoring and fault management.
- Manage network outage notifications to customers.
- Assist with daily SOC (Security Operations Centre) and IT monitoring duties.
- Coordination of operation activities.
- Layer 1 (fibre optic) network analysis and troubleshooting.
- Manage and respond to facility and security alarms.
- Timely response to incidents/ breaches within NOC
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Academic qualifications in IT / Engineering
