Associate Engineer – GIS
to support day-to-day GIS (Geographic Information System) operations, ensuring the platform runs smoothly and efficiently across the organization. This role provides hands-on support to users, helps maintain system integrity, and contributes to the continuous improvement of GIS processes to enable informed business decisions.

Make An Impact By

• Act as the main point of contact for GIS users, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Provide Level 1 support for GIS-related issues, including account access, basic troubleshooting, and usage queries
• Log, track, and resolve on incidents through the internal ticketing system
• Coordinate with IT teams on escalation from the user, change requests, and system updates
• Perform basic testing and validation during deployments or configuration changes
