Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Supporting the Program Manager and accountable for
Follow up with production on scheduling and execution
Coordinating and monitoring shift build plan with engineering, production etc
Production index (Pack out, OTD, HPU, CT, Aging, and DPPM)
disposition' of excess material in a timely manner after closure of Jobs.
Communication and working with relevant owners in mitigating any risk during execution of build
Able to analyze production execution health (output, Aging, Stock item consumption, WIP and JO variance) to ensure proper control & compliance
Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Category Management 50% A Production scheduling, tactical schedule adherence, cycle time improvement and inventory management.
B Ensure Lean and Cost efficient programs introduced.
