Are you graduating with an engineering degree in May or June of 6? Are you interested in joining a world leading supplier of castings to the aerospace and defense markets?
CPP is recruiting for a new Engineering Development Program (EDP) with a cohort starting June/July 6. This rotation program is designed to provide new graduates in Engineering disciplines with the opportunity for accelerated learning and growth towards technical leadership or technical expert positions within CPP.
Program Details
The program will expose participants to different disciplines of engineering within casting over two years by working in at least two manufacturing sites/facilities. This is a two-year rotational program focused on developing engineering skills and knowledge.
