Associate engineer

Responsibilities:
Estimate Product Cost and Meet the established response time for quotes.
Record and track the hit rate of quotes Generate alternatives to achieve the target prices by Customers.
Ensure minimum margins according to each transaction.
Designing production processes by creating manufacturing plans and manufacturing routings that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
Co-Ordinate with Sourcing & Finance team for SAP standard cost updates for operations.
Conduct time, motion, and process studies using activity analysis, snapshot analysis, work allocation diagrams, and other lean tools and methods.
Assist in establishing operational methods, routings and work standards using various measurement techniques
Analyze throughput and labour productivity data to determine plant bottle necks and work with the site to eliminate them.
Preparing material and equipment lists, cost analysis, and estimated production costs related to the improvement projects.
