Summary of Job Profile:

Associate EITM Application Support Engineer (SolarWinds focus) for L1/L2 support on Endpoint IT Management applications via SolarWinds suite. Entry-mid role for monitoring, patching, and endpoint ops in cybersecurity setups.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 support for SolarWinds EITM modules: N-central, Patch Manager, endpoint monitoring.
  • Monitor dashboards/alerts; resolve tickets on app crashes, config issues.
  • Deploy patches/updates via SolarWinds; manage endpoint inventory/compliance.
  • Troubleshoot integrations (with EDR/MDM); basic scripting for automation.
  • Document KB articles; elevate complex issues with logs.
