IE University’s School of Architecture and Design is looking for an Associate Director to join its team! This is a middle management role in the Business & Design Program to join its undergraduate team.

We are looking for a proactive, people-centered, and strategically minded Associate Director to support the Academic Director and Senior Associate Director of Undergraduate Programs in advancing the Business & Design degree.

This role plays a key part in strengthening academic coordination, program representation, student and faculty wellbeing, and the strategic development of transversal initiatives aligned with the School’s vision. The Associate Director will champion design as a tool for positive change and act as an ambassador for the program with internal and external stakeholders.
