Job Description

Role Purpose

Lead the design, optimisation, and digitalisation of FairPrice's future-state supply chain network by integrating Network Design, Supply Chain Systems, Automation & Engineering, and the HORIZON Transformation Program. The role is accountable for translating strategic business ambitions into scalable supply chain capabilities, operating models, technology platforms, and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Excellence Program

  • Lead the innovation program and its portfolio of strategic initiatives.

  • Establish program governance, strategic roadmap, business case realization, and executive stakeholder alignment.

  • Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Technology teams.
