Job Description

The Associate Director / Director – Student Experience will own and elevate the complete learner journey across assigned programs — from pre-onboarding and induction to graduation and alumni transition. This is a high-ownership, execution-intensive leadership role with full accountability for student experience, engagement, retention, and program outcomes.


The role demands a systems thinker and operator who can build scalable processes, align cross-functional stakeholders, and continuously enhance experience benchmarks in a fast-growing, high-performance academic environment.


Key Responsibilities


1. End-to-End Ownership of the Student Journey

  • Own the complete lifecycle of assigned cohorts — onboarding, orientation, academic delivery support, assessments, internships/projects, and program completion.
