Key Responsibilities
Own the growth agenda for valuation & advisory mandates Identify, qualify, and win new valuation /LIE / market research assignments across asset classes. Meet new Clients for business / empanelment’s / preferred vendor registrations.
Shape go-to-market plans, lead proposals, and represent the firm at industry forums to build pipeline and market presence.
Lead client relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, lenders, corporates, and family offices; run presentations, negotiate scope / fees, and drive account expansion and renewals.
Oversee multi-asset financial modelling and data bases: Lead and review financial models (Income approach, physical approach etc.), ensuring transparent assumptions, sensitivity analyses, and defensible outputs. Preferred not mandatory for a BD function.
