Candidate Profile

• Must be a USRN with active and unrestricted license

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a quality role in a BPO setting managing multiple accounts

Job Description

• Single point of contact for Clients as well as Concentrix leaders for Training and Quality for the Clinical Services

• Driving execution and consistency in Concentrix Training and Quality Framework

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs to ensure adherence to URAC standards, enhance clinical quality, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Implement quality assurance programs to monitor clinical performance and adherence to protocols

• Drive Tech Infusion of Concentrix tools

• Support seasonal / growth ramps
