Job Summary

Maximize new business acquisition and referral opportunities while deepening existing customer relationships to meet service standards for the Priority Clients segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers.
  • Provide regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
  • Draw up monthly plans in consultation with PB team manager, branch manager or PTL to achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
  • Source and contact individual prospects.
  • Provide quality, efficient after‑sales services.
  • Manage client retention and anti‑attrition.
  • Organise and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organisations.
