Associate Director of Technology

The Opportunity UserWise develops and services mobile games based on globally recognized entertainment IPs; blending proven F2P systems with fast, rewarding hybrid-casual gameplay.

We’re looking for an Associate Director of Technology to lead the technical management of projects including feature development, maintenance and live operations.

You will manage project architectures, pipelines, and technical direction, while mentoring engineers and collaborating deeply with design, art, product, and production to enable rapid iteration and stable builds.

This is a high-impact role for someone who will be responsible for maintaining high-stakes technology stacks and mentoring/empowering both senior and junior engineers.
