Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system
  • Support lead follow‑up through call‑outs, call‑ins, and presentations
  • Assist in setting and tracking sales goals
  • Prepare move‑in paperwork and administrative files
  • Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership
  • Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move‑in packets
  • Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist
  • Welcome and orient residents and families on Move‑In day
  • Support on‑site sales and marketing events
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families; you play a key role in guiding families through the decision process and creating a positive first impression of the community
