Responsibilities
- Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system
- Support lead follow‑up through call‑outs, call‑ins, and presentations
- Assist in setting and tracking sales goals
- Prepare move‑in paperwork and administrative files
- Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership
- Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move‑in packets
- Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist
- Welcome and orient residents and families on Move‑In day
- Support on‑site sales and marketing events
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families; you play a key role in guiding families through the decision process and creating a positive first impression of the community
