The Asset Based Lending (ABL) team within Canadian Commercial Banking is part of BMO Financial Group and covers both public and private corporate clients operating in diversified industries. Financing solutions include senior, subordinated, mezzanine debt and equity. The ABL Team targets financing opportunities of $20 million or more on a syndicated and bilateral basis. The group has offices in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver.

Job Overview

The Associate Director will manage a growing portfolio of clients, support loan origination, and work closely with internal partners to service existing relationships and grow the portfolio. Responsibilities include risk assessment, deal structure, and recommendation of strategy.
