Associate Director Monitoring,Environment & Sustainability Department

We are searching for an experienced and motivated Associate Director to join our Monitoring team at the Environment and Sustainability Department, based in our Istanbul regional office. Reporting directly to the Head of Monitoring in our London headquarters, you will be at the forefront of delivering the Bank’s Environmental and Social Policy commitments and ensuring robust monitoring across all projects in Turkiye and Caucasus and, when required, in other countries. In this critical role, you will conduct on-site environmental and social monitoring of complex, high-risk projects spanning multiple sectors. You will review project portfolios, analyse trends, and champion continuous improvement in our monitoring processes and activities.
