What is the Opportunity?

Shape the data backbone of RBC’s securitization platform by designing scalable, high-performance database solutions. As a Database Developer , you’ll architect data pipelines, optimize SQL Server environments, and enable real-time analytics for structured finance products. Your work will directly support end to end securitization workflows, and deal execution workflows.

What Will You Do?

• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and SSIS packages for securitization analytics.
• Implement in-memory computing (e.g., Memsql/SingleStore , Redis) and caching strategies to deliver real-time insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build ETL pipelines for market data, risk metrics, and audit trails.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global regulatory standards.
