What is the Opportunity?

Shape the data backbone of RBC’s securitization platform by designing scalable, high‑performance database solutions. As a Database Developer, you’ll architect data pipelines, optimize SQL Server environments, and enable real‑time analytics for structured finance products. Your work will directly support end‑to‑end securitization workflows and deal execution workflows.

What Will You Do?

• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and SSIS packages for securitization analytics.
• Implement in‑memory computing (e.g., Memsql/SingleStore, Redis) and caching strategies to deliver real‑time insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build ETL pipelines for market data, risk metrics, and audit trails.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global regulatory standards.
