Main Purpose:

Lead the Workplace Conduct & Support section to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant management of employee relations and workplace conduct. Ensure policies, training, and risk mitigation approaches enable a culture of integrity and accountability, supporting organizational resilience and alignment with legal and ethical standards.

Scope/Responsibilities:

Employee Relations Management:

•Plan and manage the intake, investigation, and resolution of employee grievances, complaints, and allegations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to organizational protocols.

•Implement and oversee case assignment and escalation processes, ensuring complex or high-risk matters are addressed according to established procedures.
